How UTOMO handles website data

Data we collect and why
- Contact, demo, partner, career and quote requests
- Name, work email, company, phone number, message, request type and language. We use these details only to respond to and manage your request. The legal basis is your consent, collected through the form.
- Website security and operation
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser details and request time may be processed to operate, secure and diagnose the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
- Analytics
- Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you opt in to one or more optional cookie categories: Functional, Performance or Marketing. It measures aggregated use of the public website and campaigns. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form messages to analytics. The legal basis is your consent.
Recipients and international transfers
We use service providers that host and secure the website and process enquiries on our behalf. They act under our instructions and may only use personal data to provide their services. Google Analytics is used only with your Functional-, Performance- or Marketing-cookie consent.
Google may process analytics data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, the transfer is subject to the safeguards described in Google’s data-transfer documentation. You can avoid this processing by rejecting or withdrawing all optional cookies at any time through Cookie settings.
Retention
We retain enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle the request and any directly related follow-up, and then delete or anonymise it according to the retention schedule applied by the enquiry service. Analytics retention is configured in Google Analytics and applies only after consent.
Do not include sensitive personal data in a website enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing before withdrawal. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary storage remembers your cookie choice. Optional cookies are off by default. You can accept, reject or adjust optional categories from the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing all optional consent removes first-party Google Analytics cookies created by this site and stops website analytics.

We will update this notice when our processing changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
